I’m going for both 99 fishing and cooking. I’m getting 99 fishing first in order to get the right amount of fish for 99 cooking. I currently have 83 cooking. I’m fishing monks and i don’t know if i should sell the monks and buy swordfish until 90 cooking(where i won’t burn monks), or just cook the monks and still burn them. Do you guys think it’s ok to just use the monks?

I am a college student and am sick-and-tired of the same ol’ cafe food. I’ve been searching foodtv.com and other sites for easy dinner ideas that I can cook in our pathetic excuse of a “kitchen” in our dorm. [This consists of a microwave and a retro-looking oven with 4 burners].
Any suggestions of food/sites to use?

I came outside to my car and noticed that someone poured oil all over my car and put it in my tank. It wasn’t car oil so the only thing I can think it would be is cooking oil cause it has no smell. If it is just poured in your tank and you drive your car will anything happen to your car?

I love the steamed rice that you get with your meals at a chinese restaurant, and it is sticky. Is it the same as so-called “sticky rice?” Also, can I make rice at home (with or without a rice cooker) like what I get at a chinese restaurant?

Depends what your looking for. Dont undercook for fear of poinsoning yourself and dont burn as thats not nice. If your not sure when cooking chicken you can over cook slightly the same with beef then put gravy over to moisten it up again. Best way to fry an egg is in a non stick pan, break egg into middle of pan and place a small pot lid directly over the egg this poaches the top while the bottom fries.

I often use red wine for deglazing and such and I love the taste, but there are some cream sauces I am interested in that call for white wine…I am not a wine drinker…so what is the difference? Is it just the color or does white taste different in cooking? Lighter? What?
