I learned a good trick for cutting down fat. Whenever a recipe calls for say, 1/2 cup of oil (use olive oil when you can), cut it in half. You find that it still tastes the same. If you grow to like that, then cut it in half again!
Eat lean meats, veggies, rice and grains, pasta, watch the dairy intake and your portion sizes. And throw out all the soda and chips. And try not to have too much frozen processed food around. Those are packed with preservatives.

drain all fats from the meat you roast or bake, flavour your food using herbs and spices instead of salt. cook using canola, olive, or sunflower oils. use whole wheat pasta and brown rice.

well you could broil meat instead of frying and use a canned spray not oil and if you do use oil make sure it is olive or corn, don’t use lard and eat more veggies.and salad then meat and desert, maybe that will help keep you healthy but it won’t be as much fun to eat.

If you cook chicken onyl eat it with stirfried veggies…have you ever tried asian drummies(chicken) in top of white rice with noy soy sauce? It’s really good,I’m pregnant so I have to eat healthy!

waterless cookware uses barely any extra water which keeps vitamins from washing all out of the foods. Lid’s form a seal to help keep the steam in.
