you only need a teaspoon of oil for a stirfry
this is what i would do
i use straight to wok noodles coz they are much easier
prepare n cut up the veg use whatever u like here… i have peppers, carrots, sweetcorn, sugarsnap peas and beansprouts (i dont like mushrooms or onions so i dont use them but you can do)
cut up the chicken into bitsize chunks if not already
heat the wok so its hot add a teaspoon of oil and then add the chicken (you should hear a sizzle!)
stir fry the chicken and make sure its cooked thru no pink bits
put this aside n keep warm
then stir fry the veg for a few minutes (if using carrots put them in first then add the rest after a minute or so coz they take a bit longer to cook)
add noodles and chicken
after 2 minutes add a bit of soy sauce or the packet sauce and mix
serve in bowls
bread is full of carbs so only have a couple of slices a day and wholemeal is alot better than while

here are a few tips I’ve used
if you wan to cut the oil in half, precook the chicken by steaming, poaching or microwave while you’re preping the rest of the food
then cut into cooking size pieces for your recipe
You can also precook some of the larger veggies, like broccoli
Then all you have to do is heat your wok, get the onions and garlic
going, add the precooked meat and veggies, add your sauce and bingo.your’re home free
Of course you have to remember to get the rice started ahead of time
in order for it all to be finished at serving time
Hope this helps

Oh man, stir fry is great. Just a bit of oil in the bottom to keep it from sticking..maybe a teaspoon, depending on how much you’re making. Then put a splash of low-sodium teriyaki or stir-fry sauce in, maybe a tablespoon or two, more depending again on how much you’re cooking. You can also buy sodium free seasonings to add flavor. Load in peppers, pineapple, onion, bean sprouts..ohhh this is making me hungry

..take a “whole” Chicken and put it in a”pot”…cover it with “WATER” and boil it till it tender and cooked… Remove the bird… remove the meat from the bone, let it cool a bit… spice it with “what-ever” spice you’d like, salt pepper, some garlic etc. etc. …cut up the Chicken into “stir” fry siz’d pieces…what-ever you’d like, cut up some onion, celery, Boc choy, bean sprouts etc… Now… in a fry’n pan…of WOK, use Olive Oil or Peanut Oil… just a little… some soy sauce and crushed garlic… heat the oil, soy and onion then add the Chicken… “whisk” it around in the HOT oil and spices… about 3 to 5 min (maybe less…watch it closely)… then enjoy… with it…? sturr fry’d RICE is nice !

Use a nonstick skillet and about a teaspoon of vegetable oil.
Bread is not fattening unless you eat too much of it.
Butter and other fats are far more fattening as they are calorie dense. Bread is not.

Olive oil is actually good for working your metabolism. I suggest using 1-2 teaspoons for stir fry. You can also use peanut oil for a zingier taste, use 1 teaspoon and some soy sauce.

Bread is SO fattening. Its certainly my downfall…. Seedy breads are better if your going to eat bread…. Maybe its too late now but in future try cooking with groundnut oil… Its the same price as your usual oil…
And make sure you cut off fatty bits from the chicken! And use plenty of veg! :)

Just spray the pan lightly, saute the boneless chicken breast.
Remove chicken & slice in strips, while cooking veggies.
Then add chicken strips to finish, use chicken stock or soya sauce.

Instead of using oil use Soy sauce. If you insist on using oil use a miniscule amount of sunflower oil.
