Can You Cook Other Food Besides Rice In All Rice Cookers?

I went to a friend house and she had the wolfgang puck rice cooker and cook fish ,rice ( of course) and a cake. I wnt to buy one and it is sold out every where then i was wondering can you cook ( non rice) in any rice cooker?

I have a rice cooker that I cook in. I cook rice, veggies, steam fish, and sometimes fondue. But it probably depends on the rice cooker you have.
