just baking it should soften up the broccoli. If you boil it first, it might be too mushy.

Yep, put it in some boiling water to give it a little cooking time, and cut it up small. You need it to suspend itself in the egg mixture, and the bigger the pieces, the more likely they will sink to the bottom.

par-steam it. less than half the time it would normally take, then rough chop it and enter it to your quiche recipe for baking, that way its done, but holds its consistancy so you dont end up with green egg.

make your quiche as usual but just blanch the broccoli for that bright green color and then add to quice mixter just before baking. fresh broccoli is best because you don’t want the water that come with frozen.
