Fast Tofu Cooking Tips ?

Hi
I have been vegetarian for long time but only recently tried to cook tofu. Since tofu itself is high is fat I don’t like to stir fry it in oil. What I have been doing is grilling or baking it. That way I can add the tofu in my allready made soup ( sometimes from freezer ) or just add it in salad. But takes really long time to do that. Maybe if everyone can share their tofu tips esp when used in soups and salads :)

tofu is not high in fat. buy the mori-nu tofu. It is only 1 gram of fat per oz. I can eat a 12.3 oz. box of tofu and have only 11 grams of fat.
fry it in a little extra virgin olive oil with seasonings, soy sauce, veggies, anything you like and you’ve got a great dish.

It’s the best site on the net and I know you’ll love it.

If you buy the tofu that is white, it’s not fat.
You probably bought the fried tofu, which is fat from the deep-fried oil.
