Rice Cooker: cooks the Rice completely.
Since each rice cooker is different you have to read your instructions regarding water ratio.
No instructions, try it trial an error. Usually 1 cup of rice to 1 3/4 cups of water. If it’s too dry you can pour extra water on top of the rice and let the rice sit a few mins.
The expensive rice cookers price range are usually more than a hundred dollars and if you have this use: 1 cup of rice per 1.5 cups of water…You can also keep the rice in the cooker for several hours.
Rice Cooker > FREEZER> Microwave
After your rice is cooked you can let the rice cool, place servings in a plastic baggie and freeze. Reheat your individual servings in the Micorwave: high for 1-1.5 minutes and presto – you have your rice.
Hint: let your rice sit in the water for at least 10 minutes before you push the start button. Some grains of rice recommend 20 -30 minutes.

there are instructions in the manual for that..
usually 30 mins, on microwave..
on every cup of rice is 1/2 cup water..
