		<description>well, i really love Rachael Ray but she moves her hands around so much it&#039;s sometimes distracting. so i would say don&#039;t move your hands around so much when you talk. and those over the stove images don&#039;t always work cuzz of the steam so if you can figure a way to do those shots without the fog that would be good. good luck :)</description>

Be very specific about quantity, have it all premeasured.
Show the techniques people need to use. If they need to cut skin from a fish show them how. For chopping show them how. Lots of people now don&#039;t know the basics.
Also knowing your terms helps, but I have recently stumbled across a woman on youtube that has English as her second language and messes up the terms, but makes up for it with the visuals.
If possible do the measurements in metric as well even if you don&#039;t use it. People from Europe may wish to try making your dishes. If you don&#039;t use metric for the show then at least have the option of metric recipes online.</description>
