I Have A Cooking Question, Where Is The Cooking Category?

Dining Out, & Food & Drink, really don’t deal with cooking, only eating. OK YAHOO, get with it please & put a cooking catogory up here.
So for my cooking question, I am soaking lima/butter beans and the skins are pealing off & they look like crap. I have not even cooked them How do I cook dried beans and have them turn out like the ones in the can with the skins still on and not falling apart?

You are in the correct category. This is FOOD&DRINK then it breaks down in smaller categories after that. Many of us have specialties in the cooking and food area so we are watching for questions we can answer . You need to start out with “how do you cook lima/butter beans and someone good in that category will come to your aid.

Haha, you’re in the cooking catagory with this question. You select the catagory in the 2nd, 3rd step of asking the question.By the way, how are they dried if you’re soaking them?
