What Are Some Of The Best, Affordable (economical) Rice Cookers Around?

I’m a college student and want to get an affordable rice cooker that I can use during my downtime for ease and convenience. I’d preferably like one that doesn’t spit water all over the place. I borrowed one before that made a mess around the counter. Any suggestions?

get a Wok

If you’re in a dorm and can’t use a wok or pressure cooker, get a Salton brand rice cooker. They cost between 14-20 dollars new, but you can often find them at garage sales & thrift stores. The only reason people get rid of them is they just don’t use them anymore- they rock and work forever. Perfect rice & no mess every time!
