What are the best herbs to use when cooking pork?
I am making schnitzel tonight, and do not want a breading on it-I am trying to cut back on carbs.

My favorite is the way the Greeks make pork.
Olive oil, Oregano, lemon, salt and pepper.
Fry it or grill it with the herbs I Mentioned. Tastes Fantastic!

The “canned” answer for you is garlic.
Try roasting a bulb of garlic with olive oil in aluminum foil until soft. Smash it and rub it over the meat.
Rosemary is also good.

chilli -garlic chives-chives-thyme-coriander i use all of these in evrything. if you use more then 1 cut the same amount of each up..dont put more then the other in or you wont taste all the herbs.

I like rosemary and garlic with pork

Oregano, cumin, lemon or vinegar (or better yet, fresh bitter orange juice), salt, pepper and garlic.
