You might think it is the best movie because of the plot. It may be the best movie because of the cooking demonstrations/scenes. It may be a really charming and romantic movie. Or….. it makes you hungry for something good.

Like Water For Chocolate because it weaves the history, influence, and love of the kitchen and food into lives and families.

Delicatessin. As a vegetarian, it is the best because it addresses the idea that someday we (humans) will have used up all of the aminals and people will turn to eating humans. Cinematically BEAUTIFUL, and believe it or not….very funny.

Sorry mate I cant remember the name of the movie but was about a mexican father living in america with 3 grown up daughters, he is a chef, they get together every sunday and he cooks the food, I learnt more about mexican food in that movie than I ever did trying to make tacos…..or eating at mock mexican restaurants …………. I see chocolat is mentioned……. please try and get the book it is a wonderful read, written by Joanne Harris……. couple of other by her are “Blackberry Wine” and “5 quarters of an orange”

Chocolat . definitely. I even make a drink of the chili hot chocholate while watching.
