I am interested in cooking pork rinds commercially at fairs, special event and more. I have done my research and also watched others doing it but now I cannot find the proper equipment. I would like some sort of “tub” like that I can place ontop of one of the propane outdoor cookers,,,Does anyone have any ideas of what I can use and where I might be able to find it? Thanks a ton for anyones assistance.

sounds like your looking for a cheep way out
life don’t work that way
your equipment must be certified by some government agency to be safe. . ? ? ah ha it is UL Underwriters Laboratories
and the Department of Health
this is a food and drink category
Not commercial industry equipment new or used
some (all) of the mobile food vehicles are custom made
Continue your research ask those that you have watched
