What’s The Best Kind Of Oil For Wok Cooking Besides Peanut Oil?

I know peanut oil has a high smoking point and is usually specified in oriental cooking but I prefer canolla oil. I use a well seasoned steel wok on an electric stove. Unfortunately I don’t have a gas stove. How about white crisco or butter flavored crisco now that it is transfat free?

I like to use canola mixed with sesame oil.

I use peanut oil with some sesame seed oil added.
Adds a nice oriental flavor.
