If I am on my own in the house and I am cooking sometimes I talk out loud to imaginery cameras and pretend I am Delia Smith. Does anyone else?

I’ve actually made a fake beard out of porridge oats, put on eight stone, and started voting tory, just to try and do an authentic Anthony Worrell Thompson impression ;)

nope

no

I am a chef and cook for a living. It is hard work and requires long hours. I don’t need to pretend. Celebrities don’t have to clean up their own mess or prep anything they cook. That’s and easy life.

Oh yes I have. I believe some of the best cooks pretend to be sharing their passion with others! Might I add I am a very good cook! You go girl, you very well may be the next Rachael Ray or Delia Smith! Who knows!

I don’t always do that. But, when I do, I weird my hubby out when he comes into the kitchen and says that what I am cooking smells good. He starts to walk out and I whip around and say, “When you come back, another notch!” I also use “bam” when I have to add an herb or a pinch of salt or pepper…or any other seasoning

Yes all the time, its really cool others do it too! I like pretending its an exotic location too!

oh yes all the time

I love cooking and imagine i am my OMA (grand mother) She was a superb cook from Austria . she taught me the joy of cooking , in the old fashioned way, with no corners cut .
I can out cook any celebrity chef, with my Oma’s know how behind me. Hold your head up high ! If you love cooking it is in your blood . :)
