A friend had her cell phone and other items stolen from where she lives. I am going to pay so she can replace the items, but I am short myself this holiday season, so I just want to send a minimal amount. She lives somewhere near Manila. How much will she need to buy a cell phone and also a rice cooker? Thanks a lot.
