If Aluminum Pans Are Bad For You, Why Not Cooking With Aluminum Foil, Or The Aluminum Inserts In Rice Cookers?

I really believe this has to do with moderation. If you ONLY COOK in aluminum pans — then I believe it will affect you adversely.
IF, you cook OCCASIONALLY (I usually do this more for the summer or if I’m bringing food to someone else’s home) then the “damage” should be minimal.
How Do You Remove Cooking Spray From Pans?

I use cooking spray on baking sheets and casserole dishes. After cooking this stuff leaves a nasty brown stain/residue on my cookware. You can kinda feel it but can’t scrub it off. Even after soaking you can’t get it off. Is there something that will work? Would oven cleaner be ok? From now on I’m through with that stuff. If it makes my dishes look like that there’s no telling what it’s doing to my insides!

I was just given a good set of cooking pans as a gift – it says to condition them w/ salad oil. Is that olive oil,vegetable oil or what?
Are All Non- Stick Coatings On Pots And Pans, Rice Cookers, Etc. Teflon?
