I know they say to use a wine that you would drink, but I don’t drink wine. What is a good white wine to cook with? BTW, I don’t know if it matters or not, but I am cooking pork chops.

What do I need to do with the rice to make it taste good and hold the flavor. My Puerto rican friend’s mom cooked the best rice I have ever tasted. Rice is in my culture so we tend to eat it everyday.

I once had a roommate that would cook rice and black beans together in a rice cooker, but I don’t know how he went about it. Does it work to add the rice and water as normal, but also add a can of black beans to cook along with the rice so that the flavors mix together?
